The forum still needs some finetuning. Which my brother Shockwave will tend to as soon as possible.
For now, one may start to apply for characters.
1 decep, 1 autobot and 1 non-canon (or character of choice) for now, for normal members.
2 Deceps, 2 Autobots and 2 non-canons (or characters of choice) for all moderators and up.

Truthfully, I'm not sure- I have messaged the admin via email, and I hope that he will be returning to help get this started. However, I don't know how he wants this done. Sorry.
